Every
year, dozens of youth and students from various countries came to
Indonesia to participate in Arts and Culture Scholarship program
Indonesia (BSBI). This year, the program was attended by 50 youth from 37 countries.
BSBI Participants will stay in Indonesia for three months to learn the language and culture of Indonesia. This year, BSBI held on 3 April to 15 July.
BSBI it self has been held since 2003. During
the nine years of implementation, 384 youth from 49 countries studying
the diverse identities and unique personalities of Indonesia. Among
the hundreds of participants BSBI 2012, Indonesia sent five delegates
are representatives from various campuses in the country.
The
delegation will be introduced to the culture of respect for diversity /
diversity, kinship, civility, tolerance, and openness; the hope that
participants will be the friend of Indonesia (friends of Indonesia) in
the future. Similarly,

For three months, participants BSBI will live in a variety of cultural art galleries in several cities in the country. At
this regular program, they will learn the Indonesian language, arts and
culture and religious diversity through various activities. Culture
of art galleries that participate in the program is Saung Mang BSBI
Udjo 2012 (London), Soeryo Soemirat Dancing (Solo) Dancing Tydif
(Surabaya), Studio Smaradhana (Denpasar), and the Culture House Rumata
(Makassar).
Since 2010, the Foreign Ministry also opened Specialization Program in BSBI. Through this program, participants learn a form of cultural arts activities in depth. This year, BSBI specialty program designed for prospective ministers. The
program is in accordance with the Action Plan is the result of Semarang
Regional Interfaith Dialogue to-6 in Hyderabad on 11-15 March.
Faith Leaders called Future activities will invite 15 candidates for future religious leaders from 15 countries. Future Leaders Faith mendapuk State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as an event organizer.
For
seven weeks, on May 21 until July 14, 2012, Faith Future Leaders
participants will learn about the diversity of religions and cultures. Hopefully, after attending this event, participants can foster tolerance and mutual respect amongst. This activity is also intended to create networking and cooperation among religious leaders across countries from the outset.
